Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Chief Manager to partner closely with the CEO, driving critical projects and business initiatives while supporting effective communication across the organization. This role demands a sharp business acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality insights and presentations for leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO in decision-making, business planning, and execution of key initiatives.
- Drive and oversee important cross-functional projects ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Prepare compelling business presentations, reports, and updates for leadership and board meetings.
- Represent the CEO s office in liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on critical matters.
- Monitor and track organizational performance against strategic goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate effective communication flow between the CEO s office and various business units.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 7 to 12 years of professional experience, preferably in a strategic business partnering or office of CEO role.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated strategic thinking ability.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
