Responsibilities :

Evaluate Existing Business Process

Create Documentation outlining Process Improvements

Manage Process Implementation

Conduct Analysis of on-going processes

Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements & Automation of Processes

Update business processes to meet changing business needs

Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management

Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements Prepare high quality presentations for Shareholders

Experience:

1 - 2 years

Technical Competencies:

Well versed with SOP creation

Strong presentation skills

Strong excel skills

Strong data analysis skills Well versed with lending products
