Job Description-
As a Corporate legal manager, candidate will be part of the Business Legal Function which shall include
Title Due diligence, addressing and attending to Mortgage related queries and providing resolution for the
same. The incumbent shall be involved in drafting and review of Loan documentations, Business
contracts and shall be attending to legal related requirements, issues and queries in view of the laws and
regulation applicable to the company. Candidate shall attend and represent the Company in the Court
proceedings to defend the Consumer/Civil cases.
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate shall be involved in corporate legal documentation and attending to legal matters
and legal opinions associated to NBFC business.
Documentation shall include: loan documentation (both digital and physical), legal scrutiny
reports (LSR s), Mortgages and other Security, document related to bank borrowings, escrow
agreements, insurance related corporate agency documents, IT Agreement, DSA/DMA
Agreements, service level agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc
Drafting and reviewing contracts of the Company, Service level agreements , Business
Agreements etc.
Litigation- Handling dispute resolutions, Representing the Company in Court proceedings,
drafting of legal proceedings, Notices,.
Conversant with Consumer laws & RERA and knowledge of Transfer of Property Act & Arbitration
and Conciliation.
Key Responsibilities -
Title Due diligence-Vetting of LSRs issued by empanelled advocate.
Loan documentation and security documentation in accordance with sanction conditions
Handle consumer cases other court cases and contractual disputes related litigation.
Maintaining track of Court cases, attend hearings, Coordinating with lawyers and attorneys
representing the Company
Involve in Negotiations and Mitigate legal risk for the company by taking timely and prudent
measures.

Good understanding of company law, contract law, RBI regulations and Consumer Act.
MS office / Word, Excel & Power Point
Practical experience in legal scrutiny reports will be an added advantage
Eligibility
8- 10 years of experience in NBFC, Bank or a law firm (in BFSI specialization) will be relevant.
