Job Summary


Role and Responsibilities:

Understand theroles and responsibilities of the open position and source relevant profiles.
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Deliver profiles within the turnaround time.
Will be single point of contact to offroll vendors and offroll resource.
Handling end to end recruitment process
100% Adherence to the recruitment processes.
Provide required reports/trackers to the HRBEP s on daily basis.
Act as a point ofcontact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Coordination with the new joiner and HR ops team to complete the onboarding of associates in the system.
Maintaining proper databases of lined up candidates-Providing daily & weekly recruitmentstatus.
Has to coordinate walk-in interviews and drives.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed .
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions Answering on offroll employee queries.

Eligibility

Eligibility :
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
MBA in HR

Technical Competencies / Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to speak fluently.
Excellent knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and MS office. Preference for someone with hands on experience into BFSI Hiring

Good Communication & Skills
Knowledge of Sourcing, recruiting and interviewing skills.
Highly motivated and willing to work hard
Flexible and adaptable Plenty of drive, Proactive, initiative and self motivated.


Salary : 300,000 - 360,000 per year
