Job Summary

Specific Responsibilities

  • Identifying new channel for tie ups, setting up meeting with new clients and bringing them on board.
  • Managing and nurturing the existing relationships to help delivering business volumes.
  • Training the counselors or the staff of the channels regarding product development.
  • Maintaining COA while acquiring the channel.
  • Launch of channel contest, loyalty programs to drive business and channel stickiness.
  • Build capability & awareness programs for channel partners to ensure Avanse products & offering have a high recall.
  • Regular visits to the channel to ensuring sufficient leads generation.
  • Arranging and organizing events in engineering and IT institutes.
  • Identifying IB schools in the respective areas and bringing them onboard
  • Accountable for the channel management ensuring complaints to be resolved on time with no escalations.

Deliverables

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Increase the no. of active channels working for Avanse
  • Relationship Management
  • Monthly reviews for the partners to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness.
  • To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
  • Participation in channel and other events to create visibility and generate business.

Eligibility

  • Graduation /MBA.
  • Candidate with at least 4-6 years of Channel handling experience from NBFC or Banking

Salary : 500,000 - 550,000 per year
