- Collaborating with cross functional teams and manage all aspects of organizational development

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similarrole
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operationsmanagement
- Experience budgeting andforecasting
- Familiarity with business and financialprinciples
- Excellent communicationskills
- Leadershipability
- Outstanding organisationalskills
- Graduation/Postgraduation in Business/Operations Management, or relatedfield
