Timely intimation to ASM and SM if recruitment gaps appear. Should have the keen sense to raise a differential warning of shortage depending on the situation. Is also a person who is an expert cashier. Understands speed, accuracy and the billing software very well. Is an excellent troubleshooter, keeps calm under pressure and ensures everything is under control.
