Ensure optimal utilization of all SA's depending on Buying cycle, Weekends, Holidays, Festivals. Ensure proper ROTA implementation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Implement laid down process to control pilferage and raise an alarm if shrinkage pattern is unusual. Keep the floor ready before store opens and closely work with team to ensure Hygiene, FIFO, timely refilling, proper display & correct price boards to provide customer satisfaction & convenience. Execute the remarks mentioned in Purchase Floor Walk register. Do timely updation of registers. Coordinate with team to ensure that the store is ready for the evening footfall and stocks are moved from warehouse to floor late in evening to enable easy refilling for the next day. Has to train the staff through demonstration. Ensure safety standards are followed by SAs within & outside the store. Ensure timely debit clearance & stacking on Top-Top.
