Job Summary
TASK TO ACCOMPLISH TO FULFILL THE ROLEBusiness Audit report. (Quarterly)i) CASH SALES MANAGEMENT : which covers security related aspect of sales via- Key Management & track sheet control- Safe opening & closing process- Denomination Register- Slip,Seal,Coupon & Stamping- Presence of ops. Person- Confirmation of credit in bankii) Sales Reconciliation : Verification of various sales modes in Rsoft and SAP and its proper deposition in the bank, with proper reasoning for any differnce if any.iii) Vendor Booking & Payment : entails area right from management of entries in godown (proper security & godown entries), GRN ( in time entry in system and computer inward reg), Accounts (Miro /L1Release /payments & booking of DN) of all trade related vendorsiv) Salaries & Compliances : To cover areas of attendanace, leave records & statutory payments of all Contract employeesVerifying, Analyzing & incorporating in the B.A.Report points submitted by JAO / SS on Rsoft related reports, all types of registers, various cash verifications, SRT process,etcAssisting RAH & Manager in further analyzing other areas of B.A.ReportStock Takes : Twice in a year-Assiting SAO , AM & Mgr in control and supervision of stock take related activity.- Identifying & validating all short/Excesses in stock take .Asset Verification : Once in a Year-Assiting SAO , AM & Mgr in identyfying physically all movable aset in storesvis--vis systemHr AuditAsissting SAO/AM/Mgr in pre level audit of- Leave encahsment of contractor & Dmart employees- Pilf. Incentive to all employees- Bonus payment to all employees
