Job Summary
We are looking for Operations Associate to join our Operation Team. An Ideal candidate for this role would be a highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for solving problems.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Work alongside the Operations Manager to execute projects at scale.
2. Virtually manage a huge amount of people working on the field.
3. Manage all India student engagement drive.
4. Ensure that training of each project runs smoothly.
5. Ensure that everyone who is selected for a project goes to the field to work on their scheduled timings.
6. Mentor and motivate the student workforce. Demonstrate strong people engagement skills.
7. Run the pilot of projects.
8. Suggest improvements in processes at every level in operations.
9. In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the Operations Manager and take up the responsibility of managing a huge amount of people.
Required Skills And Experience
1. Overall experience 0 1 years.
2. Experience (including internship) of working a startup is preferred.
3. Must be aggressive towards driving the targets
4. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Hindi).
5. Must have excellent relationship management skills.
6. Critical business thinking is essential.
