Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding the impact of each Mautic development task, including potential risks and outcomes.
• Responsible to effectively communicate the assumptions, steps, and confidence around their estimates and the likelihood of facing challenges as soon as they are encountered.
• Responsible for developing an application with best practices while minimizing the development time by utilizing existing bundles and, if not available, buildcustom functionality following community and open-source conventions.
• Responsible for migrating Mautic core entities such as contacts and companies and administering Mautic configuration and plugins as per best practices.
• Responsible for migrating from existing marketing automation, including building forms, segments, and campaigns and test to ensure an expected business outcome.
• Responsible for solving problems effectively by collaborating with peers.
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and solving problems systematically rather than solely by gut.
• Responsible for documenting incidents and issues for communication and reference purposes.
• Support technical discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support mutually agreeable outcomes with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support being coached and mentored.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant career experience
• 1+ years of experience developing solutions for Mautic
• 1+ years of experience using agile methodologies
• 1+ years of experience using Git source code versioning and Pull Requests
