Primary Job Function
  • Responsible for development & penetration of Axio Biosolutions products in the Government Institutions in Maharashtra.
  • Conceptualize and execute strategy for optimum utilization of distribution channel & sales team for winning tenders.
  • All Autonomous Institution, Central Government Healthcare Centre, State Government Hospitals, ESI Hospital in West India
  • Gain a market share in the hemostat market & develop the product as brand leader.
Experience RequiredMin 3 years experience in medical devices (disposables/surgical)Core Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales target of assigned area, with a bias towards ensuring that product wise and individual and team members sales targets are also achieved.
  • Maintaining sales records, analyzing the same, and ensuring that sales trends analyses are communicated to field staff, with clear future action plans.
  • Develop new distribution channel for all the Government Institution so as to leverage distribution and a hybrid model.
  • Distributor selection and appointment.
  • Distributor assessment and their performance review for tender business.
  • Strong relationship with stake holders in all the Government Institution.
  • Managementof all tender related activity for West India level.
  • CRM with all KOLs & Stakeholders.
  • Ensure specification lock in all major Government Institution with the help of distributors and sales team.
  • Key account management by deep-down method.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • Will be in supervisory role for some of the key accounts and need to work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance and sales team.
  • Individual development of key accounts.
  • Coaching & mentoring of the team members.
