About Collectionand Underwriting:

The Collection andUnderwriting department focuses on the collection of the banks various loanproducts like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. WhileUnderwriting department focuses on risk mitigation towards the loan offered tothe customers. The department is key for the Loans business vertical as it isresponsible for controlling and ensuring timely EMI collection and maintainingrisk of the business

About the Role:

The Front End Collections role involves 2 majoractivities i.e. Resolution & Normalization and Strategic Initiatives. Theperson will be the Product Head for respective product.

KeyResponsibilities

Responsible for achieving calling resolution target bucket 1 forrespective products

Ensure tracking call center dialer efficiency and management to increaseproductivity

Responsible for handling escalations effectively and for managing auditsfor call centers

Adhere to the Calling Norm targets for all products

Achieve targets collections charges along with EMI Collection for Bucket1 where charges are overdue

Manage pre-due date calling followup

Track Inventory Management Inflow intoVs Outflow from 30 Monthly targets

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognizedinstitute

Min 3 years of relevant experienceinNBFC/ Banking industry

Knowledge and understanding of collections& market dynamics

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Should possess operational and systemknowledge

Good communication (both verbal and written)skill in both English and the local language

Ability to manage complex client situations

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty forself and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
