AboutOCC:

OutboundContact Center engages with the Axis Bank customers and prospects,virtually, through digital media to provide a seamless experience tocustomers while fulfilling their service requirements and using theopportunity to provide financial solutions via cross-sell and upsell.The Outbound Contact Centre supports the respective Line of Businessto achieve and exceed dial targets through effective use ofcommunication skills and envisages to provide a differential customerexperience

Aboutthe Role:

TheVirtual Acquisition Manager (VAM) uses business acumen, operationalknowledge and impactful client interactions to identify and deliverthe right product solution to prospective customers and explore othercross-sell opportunities to them. The Virtual Acquisition Manager(VAM) needs to be proficient in the core NTB liability product beingoffered and possess working knowledge of Retail Asset products,Banking operations, Investment options and Card products

KeyResponsibilities

  • Managethe liability product acquisition thru leads from digital channeland propensity bases, delivering our prospective liability clients asuperior customer experience. Acting as a single point of contacttill the customer is on boarded.

  • Achievethe monthly assigned business targets through effective conversionratio, right product mix, defined average sourcing value andcross-sales generating fee income across investment, assets andcards.

  • Effectivelyutilize all applications, tools, and databases used to processtransparent end to-end client support. Proficient with systemsrelated to Banking transactions and services

  • Strictlyadhere to the internal control policies and ensure that theorganization's activities are carried out in accordance with the setguidelines

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

  • Graduateor Post graduate from a recognized institution.

  • 0- 2 years relevant role/ BFSI sector.



RoleProficiencies:

Forsuccessful execution of the job, the candidate should possess thefollowing:

  • Proficiencyin systems related to Banking transactions and services.

  • Goodcommunication skills in both English and local language.

  • Excellentlead generation and conversion skill.

  • Abilityto handle pressure and meet deadlines.
