Job Summary

Job Description: You would be part of analysis team which analyses market survey data. You are required to ensure data quality from planning to data finalization. You will analyse the survey data using frequencies, cross-tabulation, significance testing, statistical models etc. Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers' preferences. Check questionnaires for possible data related problems, before the fieldwork. Check survey data on a continuous basis for errors and quality control. Perform data validations. Analyse data using various tools / constructs. Support researcher / business owner in deriving insights from the data to form a report as per the client s requirement. Single point contact for project s data analysis requirement. You will be Client facing & point of contact for Clients. Update the management regarding latest trends/changes/issues in the market. Requirements: Preferably, a bachelor s degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics and other graduation streams or a related discipline. Knowledge of analysis softwares such as Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, Tableau etc. Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work. Develop strong working relationships with client (process owner/functional heads). Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind. Ability to notice patterns within statistics. Determine that the work delivered is of high quality. Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate. Execution on client engagement Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements. Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments. Conduct research and prepare client presentations, information memorandums and thought leadership documents. Exhibit initiative and participate in corporate social and team events. Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations. Good communication skills.
