Chief Information Officer (cio) Job in Ayn Infotech Limited

This role will be accountable for:
1. Planning and execution of all business critical technology processes including design, development, enterprise & network architecture, security and disaster recovery etc.
2. Strategic and tactical planning, product development and coordination of IT processes, systems and resources.
3. Aligning with business team to standardize and automate the current and new business requirements and processes.
4. Prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives at a fast pace and as per changing business environment.
5. Developing and implementing required organizational policies and standards from internal and external audit perspective.
6. Evaluating, recruiting, mentoring and managing team members. Work with them for their training needs and career development.
7. Managing all IT vendor relationships and partnerships.

1. Thorough Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS, Android / iOS app development and Python.
2. Proven track record of working on high traffic B2C digital businesses with focus on SEO, SEM and backend API based integrations.
3. Good understanding of backend developments and algorithms.
4. Strong hold in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
5. Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in dynamic environment.
6. Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress.
7. Experience in building large scale system designs.

1. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience (start-up experience would be a plus).
2. Ability to build relationships both within the organisation and outside vendors / partners.
3. Ability to focus on the big picture and at the same time also go deeper into details if required.
4. Ability to develop and mentor high performing teams across the organization and focuses on accountability while maintaining high quality results.
5. Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement and also drives to others toward a common goal.
