Job Summary

1) Hire suitable candidates for the company whose talents are aligned with companies business goals and will lead to the success of the company2) Should be well informed about the Abroad Education, Paid Internships, Temporary Work, Business and Investors Visa, Permanent Residency and Hospitality Industry.3) You should Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screen resumes, conduct necessary reference and background checks, take in person and telephonic phone interviews with candidates. Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers4) You should be able to design and update job profiles,participate in job fairs organized by the company, shortlist qualified candidates,able to identify future staffing needs.5) You should have knowledge about Global current topics.You should know what is happening around the world and in our daily lives.6) You must recruit Candidates and Professionals on a pan India basis on behalf of the Company from the Hospitality Industry.7) You should have the efficiency to convince people and hire qualified and efficient candidate for the company.8) You should understand what responsibilities you have to take while working with the company.9) Understand company requirements and targets and should to be able to the right candidates for the purpose10) You should have the ability to hire, maintain,retain,terminate internal resources keeping organisational benefits in mind11) Hiring target will be around four effective employees per month12) Should have in-depth knowledge about job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and other sites related to employment13) Should have networking with pan-India HR placement consultancies14) Should be able to handle documentation work regarding joining procedures of new joinees.15) Should maintain the documentation work and records of all internal employees.16) Should work with seniors to determine final decisions on candidate hiringVisit our Website and Apply Online.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 6 years to 8 years of relevant experience as an HRRecruiter preferably recruitment in Immigration industry.Candidate must be good in Spoken English with excellent communication skills.Must be able to work and recruit to tight deadlines even when under pressure,and still being able to provide a good quality human resources.Must be able to multitask with and should be genuine and empathetic-with their communication skills, and be a good listenerYou must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software required for recruitmentsShould have the convincing ability with the ability to relate to people at all levels with good time management skills.Be target-driven, ambitious, responsible and committed.Should have strong base and knowledge about the immigration industry, and recruitments and should be updated about the changing norms of immigration and recruitment from time to time.Analytical skills to forecast and identify recruitment trends and challenges.Should be patient and mature enough to handle sales pressure and deliver best results. Should have Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
