Job Summary

Designation: Assistant Manager - GST

Job Description:

  • Return Filing for multiple clients
    • Responsible for Monthly GST Returns
    • Responsible for Annual GST Returns
    • Review monthly transactions report from accounting system and identify GST liability transactions and reconcile the same
  • Ensuring GST payment on time
  • Reconciliation with books of accounts
  • Strongly adhere to the set due dates for Tax payments, return filing dates
  • GST 2A Ledger Reconciliation
  • Review Balance sheet and Operational reconciliations of GST ledgers
  • Ensure input tax registers are updated with all the mandatory fields in the registers and ensuring adherence with all compliances under the GST laws including computation of tax, payment of tax, filing of returns, filing of statements and certifications.
  • Supporting during GST assessments by tax authorities preparing responses, calculations, etc
  • Review of CCH (Practice management tool) with respect to tax return checklist and working papers before closure of task.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of GST Laws, Notifications, Rules, etc
  • Work experience: 3-5years
  • Qualification B.com, CA Inter
  • Hands-on experience with Tally/ Quickbooks, GSTN portal, MS Excel and word
  • Good communication skills - oral as well as written
