Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:


This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning in your city.


Your role will start with contacting the potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, and the BYJUS personalized learning journey.


Preferred Skill Set: Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students. A knack for sales and positioning an idea


Candidates with more than 35K (fixed) per month in hand will not be considered.


Academic Qualification: Any graduate degree/Post Graduate degree with maximum experience


- Niche roles like law, core engineering, Analyst, Entrepreneur, HR/Recruitment, Marketing, Software/IT Engineering not to be included


Age: 29 years


CTC: First 2 Months - 3 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (variable)


POST Training 5 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable) + 2 LPA (Direct sales allowance for FOS)


Location: Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, North East, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, UP and PAN India
