We are biz4d, a German consultancy-firm based in Frankfurt in a fast-paced working environment working on mentorship programs for corporate leadership and talent-development.

Our corporate clients include companies such as Philips, Jgermeister, municipalities, production industry, banks etc.: typically, with between 500 to 20,000 employees.

Tasks, roles & contribution:

Creating and improving interactive material for mentoring training programs

Assist in standardizing the contents

Quality control of solutions for mentors, mentees & HR Mentoring program coordinators

HR Coordinator Tools

HR Training Development

KPIs & Processes

Synchronization with other Talent Development Methods

support in coordinating open mentoring-programs

Our requirements:

Your educational background should match one of the areas above.

You are exceptional in quality of work-results compared to your peers.
