About the Role

We re looking for a software development engineer experienced with database internals to work on architecting and building database extensions for data protection.

Required Experience and Skills

• Eight plus years of database internals experience required including building various core database internal components
• Ability to debug huge database programs, identify performance bottlenecks
• Knowledge of relational and distributed database systems
• Building advanced data structures and algorithms in Java or C/C++
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills using debuggers such as gdb
• Perform workload analysis and undertake performance tuning
• Experience and exposure to large enterprise deployments and management
  BE/B.Tech in CS/ECE/EE required, MS/ME/M.Tech preferred

Desirable experience and skills

• Knowledge of any DB client/server network protocols
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience working with remote team members
