Position Summary

This role involves business and technical analysis related to the use of the ServiceNow platform. You will support the implementation of new modules and provide continuous improvement and support for existing ones. The Analyst collaborates with internal customer teams to understand complex business needs, recommend solutions that meet these requirements, and follow ServiceNow best practices. In some implementations, you will work closely with a Software Implementation (SI) vendor.

Essential Functions

  • Recommend and implement solutions to meet business requirements using ServiceNow capabilities. This includes working as part of a team on larger initiatives and independently on smaller ones.

  • Advocate for and implement solutions to automate manual processes, including creating Catalog Items and relevant documentation.

  • Proactively monitor the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform, addressing issues as necessary.

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.

  • Assist in planning, testing, and executing platform upgrades with the support of other team members.

  • Provide peer reviews and assist with testing the work of fellow team members.

  • Provide ongoing support and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow products implemented in Bain s ServiceNow instance, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and HRSD.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer

  • 2-4 years of IT support experience

  • Strong logic, analytical, and technological skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proven ability to learn and troubleshoot independently

  • Ability to understand and modify JavaScript

  • Experience with both client-side and server-side scripting

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM

  • ITIL certification
