C & I Technicians Job in Bajaj Energy Limited

- Minimum Experience of 3 years in power plant instrumentation maintenance
- ITI. Electronics or Instrumentation from reputed ITI,s
- Familiar with P & I Diagrams, Control Logic Specifications, Loop Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Instrument Index, Instrument Data Sheet, DCS I/O list, Cable list & BOQ, Instrument location & arrangement drawings.
- Proper knowledge of Erection, Commissioning and Trouble-shooting of Transmitters, Switches, Sensors, Gauges, Analyzers, flowmeters, RTD, TC of all Standard makes and models in BTG and BOP areas.
- Calibration of Field Instruments as per the process requirement
- Proper Knowledge of Instrument cabling, termination, glanding at both Field and Panel end.
- Maintenance of Pneumatic Control Valves and Motorized Valves, Pneumatic cylinders, KGV's etc
- Knowledge of implementation of EMS, QMS and OHSAS in respective area.
