Desk Engineers ( Operation ) Job in Bajaj Energy Limited

- Minimum Experience of 3 years in power plant operation of 30 MW or above
- B.E/B.Tech or diploma from reputed Engg, college in the field of Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics/Production
Operation of CFBC Boiler 190TPH or Equivalent.
- Operation of 45 MW Turbine Generator or Equivalent.
- Good knowledge of plant schematics, Protection & Interlocks , Plant start up & shut down procedures, hydro test, compressors operation.
- Good Knowledge of power plant efficiency parameters and their effect on the efficiency
- Monitoring CFBC Boiler and all other running equipment for normal operation.
- Optimizing Process Parameters for maximum efficiency gain.
- Local lineup and isolation of equipments like ID fans, FD fans, PA fans , CEP's, BFP's , Main turbine etc.
- Successfully handled Cold startup, warm start & hot start ups.
- Successfully handled Emergencies of unit.
- Knowledge of SAP and Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of implementation of Six Sigma, TPM, EMS, QMS and OHSAS in respective area.
