As the India Scheduling & Competency Specialist Wireline Services, you will play a crucial role in maximizing both short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities for Baker Hughes by optimizing resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all job activities, ensuring successful completion.
- Ensure competent field personnel availability to meet forecasted and demand-driven activity schedules (short, medium, and long-term).
- Balance resource allocation across the region, optimizing personnel usage and minimizing overtime.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all operations to maintain compliance.
Fuel Your Passion
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Wireline Services.
- Proficiency in general computer and Microsoft Office tools (preferred).
- Strong fluency in English (both written and oral).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and coordinating field activities.
