Banco is leading manufacturer of Engine Cooling and Engine sealing systems with group turnover of 1500 cr.

Our Aftermarket Division has comprehensive range of Radiators, Inter coolers, Engine Automotive Gaskets with end uses in mainly Commercial Vehicles, Cars, Tractors and 2/3 Wheelers. Brand Banco has a strong premium image throughout India and is sold extensively through out India. Banco aims to significantly expand its product and market scope in Aftermarket and is looking for a Manager - Marketing with relevant Automotive Aftermarket experience to support this initiative.

This position requires field research and integrate market requirements and identify and launch new products post development in the after market. He/ She will develop clear value proposition for company's products, and work with Sales Team to maximize brand's market share across different product groups . Extensive travelling (Monthly 12 to 15 days) is essential.

Job Specification:

Qualification: BE Mechanical/ MBA

Experience: 7 years + in Automotive Parts Aftermarket in the role of Business Development / Marketing in auto ancillary companies.

Preference: Candidates with good understanding of automotive parts aftermarket dynamics, ability to identify product demand in a structured manner and finally some proven experience in product launch and demand generations at points of consumption is important criteria for selection.
