The individual should exhibit the strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, result oriented & have excellent communication and presentation skills. Working as an online bidder, you will get an opportunity to upgrade your knowledge about recent technologies and platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must have good idea about online bidding sites specially Upwork and bidding process.
  • Must be able to work for sales generation through bidding for web/IT/digital marketing projects for international clients.
  • Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portal Upwork and handling client interaction for their technical requirements.
  • To attract new clients and bring projects from Upwork to escalate companys productivity and revenue at the same time.
  • Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, competition analysis, prepare project schedules, costing, negotiations, communication link between the development team & clients.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Knowledge of web designing, web development, Android, IOS, DevOps is a must.
  • Should be creative and can solve tough problems.
  • Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to strike conversations on call and email.

Education & Qualifications

  • B.Tech (or equivalent), MBA from an accredited university (preferred)
  • Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.
  • Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-office.
