Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and oversee our development team in delivering high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in front-end technologies and back-end databases, along with proven leadership skills to coordinate with the project management, business analysis, and testing teams. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely development of modules and applications, driving technical initiatives, and providing leadership to the team. You will also be responsible for exploring new technologies, supporting existing projects, and ensuring that products are tested and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Module/Application Development:
  • Lead the development of modules and applications within defined timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements.
• Team Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Tech Lead, Business Analysts (BA), testers, and other developers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with user groups to gather feedback, resolve issues, and implement new requirements.
• Research & Development:
  • Conduct research and exploration of new technologies and frameworks to enhance the development process and improve project outcomes.
  • Implement new and innovative technical solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure proper unit testing of the developed product to meet quality and functionality standards.
  • Mentor team members in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Existing Project Support:
  • Provide ongoing support for existing projects, resolving issues, debugging, and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure that the team maintains and updates the project codebase as needed.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Guide the development team on OOP principles, SOLID principles, and best practices in modular design and scalable architecture.
  • Promote the adoption of efficient development methodologies and tools (e.g., Entity Framework, ORM, Multithreading, Dependency Injection).
• Client Interaction:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in line with project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, and Angular v2+.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and JQuery.
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework (ORM tool).
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and IOC Container.
  • Knowledge of Open Source technologies, Modular UI design, and N-tier architecture.
  • Experience with multithreading, scalability, and dependency injection.
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development and leading a team of developers.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and in line with quality standards.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capability to lead a team to success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in using version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
