Dear Applicants,

For custom software development, BaryTech is looking for two Back-end developers. Were building teams of technically curious problem solvers. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entire software lifecycle from ideation to development, deployment & operations
• Excellent Java/Go/Python programming skills, with emphasis on writing scalable code
• Design & build world-class solutions to solve real-world problems effectively
• Responsible for owning features end-to-end, from architecture, development, unit testing, deployment, bug fixes and operation
• Follow coding standards & code reviews etc
• Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software & provide incremental value to end customers
• Explore, adapt & champion the best technologies & practices

What you should bring with:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, Electronics engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 3-7 years experience as a Back-end developer.
• Previous experience in programming, software development, or other related fields.
• Development experience with Django framework and core Python.
• Excellent knowledge and working experience in Python.
• Experience with ReactJS & Next JS front-end framework and GIT for source control is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Nice to have Production level deployment experience.
• Comfortable with Git.
• Worked with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with MemCache is a plus.
• Experience in Agile development and Scrum
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Very good communication skills in English writing and speaking, German skills are an added advantage.
• Must always stick to the deadlines and should be good at organizational skills.
