Objectives of the Position:

To provide up-to-standard maintenance and associated activities to production in accordance with QHSE regulations and standards, to optimize maintenance processes, costs and service quality in a sustainable way and applying the latest technical and maintenance methods, and to manage the Maintenance team and support their career and competency development.

Main Tasks:

  • Deploy, follow up and ensure compliance with the HSEQ regulations and company policies, within own domain.
  • Maintenance KPI / dashboard/ Respect of budget
  • Responsible for Project and CAPEX activities
  • Responsible for asset management
  • Define the medium-term maintenance planning, well balancing between preventive and curative actions.
  • Define with each of the production units within perimeter, the maintenance policy and budget.
  • Agree on service contracts with internal customers.
  • Organize the work and ensure the team and subcontractors deliver up-to-standard services.
  • Analyze important or recurrent problems, and propose solutions to the own, Site or GBU Management. Initiate and realize important projects or assignments.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the entity.
  • Define and propose improvement projects based on customer feedback and audit of activities, and manage these projects, possibly in collaboration with production and engineering.
  • Develop technical documentation about installations.
  • Coordinate the investigation and timely response to customers concerns and internal failure incidents.
  • Decide on which activities to outsource and participate in negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Follow up and evaluate outsourced work (objectives, cost, HSE, quality) and take corrective measures when necessary.
  • Act as the site representative towards the representatives of suppliers and subcontractors

  • Define, propose, implement, and follow up the entity s budget, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Define team structure and the resources / critical skills needed.
  • Report to management results and developments realized in the department.
  • Define objectives for, lead, motivate, coach, develop and evaluate the members of the own team.
  • Ensure knowledge and expertise is maintained, developed, and exchanged within the team.

    Participate in the selection, evolution, and promotion of team members.

    Requirements:

    • BE Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation with 15-year experience
    • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument with 20 Year experience
    • Exposure to managing maintenance team and Project work
    • Specialized: Technical knowledge about Project Management and Plant Maintenance.
