Job Summary

POSITION PURPOSE:


Business Application Support Lead as part of Cross Functional Team (CFT) will be responsible to establish and create business support team to ensure timely and quality support for all cross functional services tools across SSCDN centers, including A-Level Ticket support, documentation, integration of enablers, training and consultancy.

Role will also drive, promote and support automation within the SSO, with particular focus on the new technologies (Ex - RPA, AI, BOT's)

Providing the thought leadership to coach & develop team, drive improvements and being accountable for providing superior customer service by liaising with all stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Build up a new team in Bangalore, assigning the right resources to the different tasks

- Performs individual follow up with the team members regarding their assignments and development

- Establish reporting & measures for teams key performance indicators

- Develops resources with the necessary skills for the upcoming activities and projects

- Works closely with the CFT and GTPM head to ensure that global objectives are achieved

- Strong connections with the other CFT hubs

- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure proper process design and documentation for new services scope or extension of existing services

- Manages effectively risks and issue resolution

- Proposes and implements best practices to maintain high quality and strive for continued service excellence

- Prepares and provide skilled resources for strategic projects impacting the area of Business Applications

- Owner of SSC transition roadmap incl. FTEs overview, identifying interdependencies between projects and external programs

- Support GTPM group in stablishing SSCDN transition strategy and any ongoing or future program roles incl. preparation of presentations

- Ensure effective and efficient collaboration with main project stakeholders to ensure proper program management

- Ensure team is updated with relevant company policies, are understood and adhered to

- Need to drive the team towards continuous process improvement and work closely with them to identify the areas of improvements, standardizations and optimization

- Need to focus on Developing People & Teams by ensuring on the job experiences, quality development goals provided, meaningful career conversations and timely coaching and feedback for all the team members along with performance review and appraisals

WHO YOU ARE:


- Degree in Information Technology

- Overall experience of 8+ years & 3+ years in People Management and Leading a Team

- Technical Skills - SQL/VB, Share Point development and RPA support

- Project Management Experience will be an added advantage
