YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proven skills in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) in the area SAP HCm and Successfactor Integration
  • Prefer work experience on developing CPI flows to integrate with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central modules with knowledge of Assessment framework
  • Good in design and trouble shooting skills with SAP CPI
  • Knowledge of REST services and experience integrating with REST services
  • Good working knowledge working with most of the standard adapters FILE RFC IDOC JDBC SOAP REST SFTP JMS SuccessFactors etc
  • Good working experience with API SOAP XST XML and Web Service
  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Stakeholder management skill is needed
  • Clarity on security concepts SSL and PGP encryption
  • Experience in CPI administration
  • Having experience in SAP PI would be an advantage
  • Team player, good communication skills



WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in information systems or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in working on premise HR-IT systems (e.g. SAP HCM) and cloud based systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
  • Basic knowledge of data platforms and data flows, application / system / enterprise architecture and related principles, especially in hybrid landscapes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has basic experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Has experience in establishing integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (TA, PM, GM and Employee Central)
  • Has in depth experience in SAP CPI and well versed with creating Custom iFlows
  • Ability to plan and align, manage complex scenarios, push for significant results, thereby managing multiple complex environments
  • Proactiveness and courage to actively drive future-oriented developments under ambiguous circumstances and with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment as a team player with good communication and presentation skills
