POSITION PURPOSE:
As an analyst in the team, you will help generate insights by leveraging different analytics tools and techniques to deliver value to the Human Resources function.
You will focus on providing analytics solutions to help make data-driven decisions based on the data collected by the organization from different sources and enable to optimize human resource management and the overall business.
You will be using statistical techniques from predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining that analyze current and historical facts to make predictions about future or otherwise unknown events related to people.
This role will also be responsible for building and managing a reporting dashboard and tools leading to detailed statistical analysis of Human Resources to identify actionable insights and predictive models.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and analyze surveys and metrics
- Conduct data analyses, such as regressions, factor analyses, t-tests and ANOVAs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Supports the leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
- Partner closely with IT to build the required system functionality to collect, analyze and present data
- Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and recruiting demand
- Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 3+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience; OR a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 5+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience.
- Be well versed with new edge Analytics tools like Tableau, R and python
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and superior analytical skills.
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
