Social Media Manager
Location: Lucknow
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies to enhance our online presence, support marketing efforts, and drive sales. You ll work closely with the Marketing and Outreach teams to create and run campaigns, engage with influencers, and manage our community across social platforms. Your goal will be to boost engagement, drive traffic, and improve customer service interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Campaigns: Run and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and continuously refine our social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align on messaging and promotional efforts.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- SEO & Engagement: Monitor SEO performance and user engagement across platforms, and suggest content optimizations to increase visibility and interaction.
- Influencer & Networking: Engage with industry professionals, influencers, and partners to build a strong online network.
- Community Management: Foster a positive and respectful online community by managing and responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and feedback via social media in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to track the success of campaigns and content.
- Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research to create targeted content.
- Good grasp of social media KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, reach, click-through rates).
- Familiarity with web design and publishing tools to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and executing effective strategies across platforms.
- Previous experience developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive marketing plan.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop the right voice and tone for each social media platform.
Desired Skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for new campaign ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.
