Job Summary

Essential skills & competencies Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience 9+ years of overall experience, 5+ years into platform management with Integration technologies Strong understanding of API, B2B-EDI, and A2A integration technologies and methodologies. Proven experience in developing and executing integration platform strategies and roadmaps. Good Experience in managing integration and EDI projects and services for Appliction-2-Application, Business-2-Business and Enterprise Messaging capabilities. Having strong programme delivery and management skills and will be adept at dealing with multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously. Building cross functional teams between business, Digital and partner operations and managing these through the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their application and partner integration requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business needs. Drive ownership of the Enterprise Integration and EDI platform roadmap, which includes solutions built on SAG-Webmethods, MuleSoft, SAP PI/CPI, core reusable assets, API lifecycle automation, and API management platforms. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their application and partner integration requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business needs. Serve as the primary contact for all (A2A, B2B-EDI, API) integration-related objectives, requirements, and issues, providing expert guidance and solutions. Identify opportunities for API, B2B-EDI, and A2A requirements, driving innovation and supporting Bekaert's digital transformation program. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the platform's performance and the effectiveness of API, B2B, and A2A integrations. To lead and manage portfolio of Enterprise Integration and EDI based projects and ensure their timely delivery and success with high quality and performance and within budget controls. Work collaboratively across business and technology teams to understand strategic objectives for enterprise integration and EDI, explore implications and risks, and prioritize stakeholders' needs. Manage the budget and allocation of resources, negotiating contracts with vendors, and promoting cost-saving initiatives for Enterprise integration portfolio. Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and recommendations.
