Purposeof the role:Business Analyst will have the primary ownership ofthe product. As the product owner the responsibilities would include ideageneration, product formulation, general forecasting, and marketing associatedwith product launch. You will guide innovative products through the productlife cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving the development of the best in classproduct framework.

Managing new and existing product developmentprojects in line with the Groups innovation pipeline.

Effectively managing the entire life cycle of awide range of new and existing Gaming projects.

Leading in house gaming operations andnegotiations with 3rd parties in relation to Gaming. This includes all Games ofSkill and new gaming opportunities.

Leading projects, monitoring progress, resolvingissues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate, to ensure projects arecompleted within agreed timescales, without compromising on quality.

Increasing profitability of the Gaming portfoliothrough efficient management of current products and successful execution ofnew products and services.

Working alongside Business Development to managestandalone and white label gaming products, scope the market for newopportunities and help to manage delivery.

Working directly with development teams toanalyse business requirements and recommend technical solutions for productsand services.

Undertaking external benchmarking and conductingcompetitor analysis to highlight recommendations for improvements.

Using the data-driven approach to presenteffective business cases to support introduction of new products and platforms.

Leading and managing the selection process fornew solutions.

Leading design and feature decisions for variousGaming products.

Working with technical teams to continuallyimprove product interface design.

Defining and managing the Gaming productroadmap.

Developing strategies for risk mitigation andcontingency planning. Escalating delivery risks to the HOD.

Managing procurement of new systems (software,hardware and services) and acting as a principle contact for 3rd partyproviders. Managing external suppliers to ensure high quality support andservice delivery.

Collaborating, communicating and managingrelationships with the key internal stakeholders. Organizing Gaming FocusGroups to drive innovation, address trends, close feedback loops and acceleratelearning.

Working closely with the Marketing function andkeeping them up to date with expected product launch dates and work inpartnership with Marketing to provide a Gaming Marketing Strategy in focusmarkets and new territory entries.

Reporting on KPIs for promotions, campaigns andcross sell offers, both between different products and white label casinooperations.

Providing internal and external stakeholderswith the appropriate updates on progress, vision, product roadmap, reportingetc.

Tracking product effectiveness and continuallyworking towards a tangible and sustained value proposition. Owning lobbymanagement and personalization.

Working with CRM team to ensure market messagingis on strategy and consistent with product functionality. Adhering to CRMplanning process.

Other responsibilities:

Escalating issues to the Head of Product andDevelopment as appropriate.

Keeping abreast of professional knowledge byparticipating in training, maintaining personal networks and studying trends anddevelopments within the industry.

Undertaking other reasonable duties asinstructed by senior management.

People development and performance management ofdirect reports and produce a People Plan. Acquire and retain talent.

Required Skills and Abilities

Proven Project Management skills.

Good understanding of online technology and the development process.

Solid understanding of the online gamingindustry.

Proven track record of assisting withpromotional campaigns.

Strong listening, communication and negotiationskills.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Business analyst skill with 2+ years experience

Required - Good command over English,Hindi

Experience Required :

2 to 10 Years
