Job Summary

Job Description Minimum 3 years experience in programming & minimum 6 years in project management. Responsible for the End-to-End Project Delivery with high-quality results/deliveries. Successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, risk identification & mitigation planning and closure of projects. Ensure quality communications with clients & maintain good client relationships. Ability to understand business issues, and understand the business impact of proposed solutions. Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables. Managing all aspects of the project business plan and budget. Leading the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on timelines and work plans. Perform business process analysis and drive requirements management. Managing and leading the project team. The Project Manager will work with a Business Analyst / Technical Team Lead to manage the client and to manage the delivery team. Work with the BA/TL to create effort estimation during the Project Planning Phase. Ability to Manage & Assign responsibilities to the team. Ability to mentor and guide employees within the organization. Ability to design and update systems and processes as required
