Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Screen received profiles and shortlist relevant people
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels and sources.
- Schedule the interview and coordinate with the shortlisted candidates
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Be sure to track and complete required documents related to employee onboarding and respond with follow-up communications at the end of the process.
- Check references and background (if necessary)
- Documents and Reports Entire Recruitment Process
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Technical Skills:
- Willingness to learn and understand human resource principles, practices, and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
