Job Summary

Overview

We are hiring for candidates responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
  • Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project
  • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Leverage user testing make product improvements

Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in design
  • Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
  • Experience with user interface Design Patterns and standard user-centered Design (UCD) methodologies.
  • Good experience with one or more rapid prototyping tools (like Axure, Balsamiq, etc.)
  • Experience in wireframe creation.
  • Good understanding of current UI guidelines for iOS, Android, and the Web. Should be able to handle multi-platform design and compatibility.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision, and associated design tools.
  • Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.
  • Good insight into current web & app design trends and related creative spaces.
  • Ability to come up with innovative design ideas for marketing-related deliverables like EDMs, landing pages, ebooks, and company collaterals.
  • Coordinate and work with the marketing team to visualize content effectively.
  • Good communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)
  • MCA
