Job Summary Zeta is looking to hire a Product Support Engineer Lead, a genius who will be leading a team of Product Support Engineers and participating in all stages of the product development process. Prior and relevant experience in the payments domain is mandatory alongwith possessing knowledge of API.

What is the job like?

    • Complete understanding of Product Support along with strong knowledge of API and Database and payment domain knowledge is compulsory
    • Actively participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing
    • Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them resolve any problems faced when using the product
    • Help fix any bugs that crop up in the product and contribute to the feature documentation
    • Proactively evaluate existing product support engineering processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency of the product overall
    • Participate in the product planning process to ensure that features requested by customers are prioritised and implemented
    • Managing escalated issues and ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
    • Leading a team of skilled Product Support Engineers

Who should apply for this role?

    • 7 + years of experience as Product Support Engineer or as a Product Support lead within the Payments Domain
    • Experience in handling customer queries and escalations
    • Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
