Technical Content Writer Job in Better World Technology Pvt. Ltd.

What is the Job like?

• We are looking for someone who has prior experience in writing technical documentations, understands engineering products better and can easily translate the technical jargon into easy to consume format.Your roles and responsibilities may span the following

• Discover Problem - explore the problem space and identify valuable, usable, and feasible ways to translate the engineering works.
• Document - collaborate with Product teams, Infra team etc. and write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to enable engineering and design. Post-release document cookbooks, developer guides, and APIs
• Evangelize - get passionate and dogmatic about what you write. Educate the broader team from sales to business development to marketing to developers to operations about the products, case studies and the impact with real life examples.
• Define Action Plan/Roadmap - build an action plan to take define a content calendarfrom ideation to fruition through incremental improvements and iterative development
• Iterate - design an engineering feedback loop, decide how better to present the engineering efforts and prioritize basis the overall feedback.
• Publish - Basis the roadmap, publish the content in a release train aligning with the product launches, customer requests and company s business objectives

Who should apply?

• Having a track record of building and shipping high-quality technology products owning the process end-to-end
• Undertake the responsibility of writing technical content in the form of Cookbooks, Usecases etc.
• Someone who is passionate about documentations & can help forth a detailed writeup on the code you see & the features you experience in our products.
• Someone who is at ease with writing blog posts, content about our platform for anyone and everyone to understand & consume easily.You like to take part in conducting virtual events / webinars for knowledge sharing
• Believe in community building & can become an active member in the open source community
• Like to work with the engineering teams, developers, product trainers & DevRel during the content making process, auditing, onboarding of new joinees etc.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Content Writing.
