Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions and give customers information about products and services. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.

Qualification: 12th Only

Age: 20 years to 30 years

Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift)

Weekly Working Days: 6 Days Off Days SUNDAY

Incentives: PF & ESIC Available

Experience :

  • 1 yr to 3 yrs of experience in Customer Care in BPO / ITES mandatory
  • Customer Care in Inbound Process

Communication skills :

  • Functional English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
  • Good Kannada skills - Ability to Speak
  • Good Telugu skills - Ability to Speak


Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
