Software Developer, Python Job in Betterworks

What You ll Be Doing

As a Python developer at BetterWorks you will be responsible for developing a flexible and performant integration system for our product. You will,

• Identify solutions to integrate with various systems like HRIS, JIRA, Slack, Tableau, etc.
• Architect an integration platform that can implement these solutions
• Build large scale REST APIs and webhooks that will be consumed by third party services
• Ensure your code is reliable by writing unit tests
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve your objective
  

What ll Help You Be Successful

• 3+ years of experience with Python
• Working experience of SSO, OAuth and SAML (MS Teams preferred)
• Experience building integrations with Microsoft platforms
• Experience building scalable REST APIs with attention to security, rate-limiting, and documentation
• Working experience in building multiple integrations (E.g., Facebook, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Email, SMS, etc.,)
• Exposure working with a MVC backend framework like Django
• Experience with Scrum methodologies and remote teams is a plus!
