Job Summary MIS Executive Location :Kolkata Grade Manager-CS4 Job description:
  • Monitoring of all projects through Control Room
  • Observing unusual transaction/activity at plazas;
  • Any incident/events at plazas (Fight/Rally/Convey, etc)
  • TC behavior/Uniforms/Discipline of Lanes at plaza
  • Any malfunction of system & malpractice by any staffs
  • Analysis of Daily Report (Traffic, Exemption & Revenue)
  • Ensuring complete monitoring of activities of each SPV
  • Making calls to plaza against each observation of the day.
  • Preparing reports for the observation & explanation against it as shared by the SPV.
  • Daily submission of reports
  • Synchronization & standardization of MIS Data.
  • Monitoring the overall functioning of process, identifying improvements areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
  • Monitoring the activities of toll collectors in booth and lanes
  • Inform to It departments any CCTV camera problem
  • To ensure that staff and equipment are functioning and performing at optimum levels.
  • Watching and maintaining the Plaza Monitoring cameras
Desired Skills
  • Excellent knowledge MIS/MS office
  • Expert level of Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient level of Interpersonal effectiveness
Desired Experience
  • Qualification: Graduate (IT) will be preferred
  • Minimum 4-5 Yrs in Tolling Industry
