Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Ensure invoices are processed accurately for services at contracted rates and proactively address all discrepancies in a timely manner. Identify unauthorized charges. Claim disputes with TOCO as necessary, and manage to resolution
Maintain documentation, monitor, and resolve disputes related to billing and record actions taken
Extensive experience with billing reconciliation practices/AR/AP related profile
Handles management of the Airtels TOCO related expenditure and assisting finance in the orderly disbursements of due payment
Carries out research and raise billing queries for monthly recurring and non-recurring charges.
Prepare accounting department credit or debit adjustments to accounts as a result of billing inquiries.

  • Energy cost benchmarking
  • Partner with NW operation team to drive energyefficiency
  • Drive TOCOfor electrification of non-electrified site
  • TOCOgovernance on energy management

Skills Required :
This position requires a CA/ CMA or MBA from good institute with minimum 2 years billing reconciliation/AR/AP experience preferably in the telecommunications sector. Candidate should be good in analytical and communicatio
