Job Responsibilities

Hands on Remedy:know-how of CR registering, opening, closer. Incident registering and tracking.
OTN-Huawei, 8800, 9800, U9800, 3900, 6800, Metro Core/Ciena 5400, 6500.L0 Ciena/ Huawei.ECI: Troubleshooting on ECI CWDM, Online support to team. Coordinating with vendor on ECI Bg-40, BG-64, XDM-100, 2K, XDM-300POA, proactive cases resolution. NPT technology. 1200, 1800, 1050, 1021.
  • Nokia: Product features in Bharti NW, troubleshooting of channel power, tuning 1626, transponders. Color, Black and white channels, Band multiplexer, channel multiplexer. 1678 Alcatel DXC product features and functionality. 1660 SDH products know-how. PSS 4 32, 24 64
  • Ciena Hands-on required on Ciena 8700, 5400 and 3930, 3928. Troubleshooting on HW / SW of Ciena. Configuring channels. OSNR for channels .
LCT login on: Alcatel 1660, 1678 and 1660.ECI: XDM Family and BG products.Tellabs: 6370, 6350.Nortel hyper terminalRFMS NW: OTDR traces analysis, LSPM, power meter. Fiber health.OLP: OLP monitoring, troubleshooting.Working in 24*7 environment i.e in shifts.
Skills Required :
Skills Required:Good technical knowledge OTN, DWDM & SDH. Hands on NMS operations.Working experience in NOC shift environ
