Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee strategy, development, and production of email campaigns (write, design, build, edit, test, and deploy) as needed for multiple companies.
  • Create A/B testing scenarios and measure results and user behavior on-site with Google Analytics.
  • Work with the business manager and other team members to plan campaigns, write concise action-driving copy, and execute attention-grabbing visuals.
  • Oversee and continuously optimize our lifecycle communication streams
  • Experience with marketing automation programs and working knowledge at ESP like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, Mandrill.
  • Recommend and implement new initiatives to improve performance and responsiveness
  • Manage daily-weekly-monthly data-driven analysis and reporting of campaigns and overall channel performance, including funnel performance, conversion metrics, and segment analysis
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution and other campaign production issues with ESP and/or external agency
  • Manage campaign calendar and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding timing, scope, and costs
  • Code new email templates using responsive email design,and meeting industry best practices and brand guidelines for multiple partners.
  • Create and execute data-driven, dynamic automated campaigns and deliver highly targeted/segmented e-commerce marketing campaigns, lifecycle messages, retention/reactivation programs, optimization based on performance.
  • Create in-depth reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present and explain results to the customer, give recommendations, manage approval processes
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Excel required and having knowledge of SQL will be preferred.
  • Technical knowledge about email deliverability, IP/Domain reputation/monitoring, email spam rules, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, other technical compliance will be preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques
  • The candidate should have experience of 5 to 10 years.
  • The candidate should be a good team player, having good communication skills, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.
