What will you do?This role supports the teams in ensuring gross additions based on the efficient rural expansion against the challenging rural conditions.This role will need to evangelize new town roll outs to drive business growth. The challenge would be to constantly identify and create new market opportunities for the sales & marketing teams to create demandThis role will have to drive distributor & retailer investment for market expansion / maintaining stock levels against the cost challenge involvedThe role will require constantly identifying tools driving efficiencies & productivity of the sales teams.This role will also be challenged with innovative ways to go to market approaches. This becomes important to ensure constant market expansion & capture against rising competition
