Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1)Network Alarm monitoring, timely notification and raising Trouble Ticket2)Resolving TTs as per timelines.3)Timely notification, impact list preparation.4)Provisioning of the circuits as per the Work Orders in stipulated time5)Preventive checks / routine maintenance of the EIG Network6)Effective co-ordination with Suppliers for resolution of issues.7)Effective co-ordination with Cable landing and Terminal Stations8)Escalations as per processes.9)Ensure 100% process compliance to agreed SLAs for Srvice Assurance and Service delivery.10)Good Communication Skills
Major Challenges :v Sound knowledge in Submarine cable system, DWDM, SDH and OTNv Maintaining Agreed SLAsv Communication with geographically and culturally diverse stakeholders.
Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management1)Service assurance2)Service Delivery3)Preventive maintenance
