Ui/ux Designer Job in Bigstep Technologies
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer problems, needs and jobs to be done
- Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and prioritization
- Design the UI and support the build of consistent, high-quality solutions
- Shape the product and work with the various teams to design, validate and build our solution
- Design prototypes for ideation and user feedback
- Lead usability tests
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Effective coordination with Product managers, Developers and QA
Required Experience and Skills:
- At least 3+ years of experience in core UI/UX design
- 2+ years experience in using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Sketch, Photoshop etc
- Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
